Make sure you have reviewed all the previous modules prior to starting this section. Please note that since you are working on a web application, do not forget to save the form frequently and before each main step on the screen
Go to the Staff space and click onto the green Plus icon
Start to fill the personnel last name and first name. You can add a picture.
Select the functions applicable to their talent and skill.
If you need to create contracts, you must fill in all the identity tab section as well as the Contract tab.
For freelance, you can set their own rate cards for each allocated function. For example, for an editor, you may entering $250 per day.
If this staff needs the privilege of access to the Teamium platform, you do that by creating his credentials on the IT Profile tab.
Let’s choose “Freelance” in this case.
Save the record now.
Later, you may have a demo reel. For that, click on the green plus located in the “Show reel” section. You can either add a document, a picture or a URL for a video.
Now add a title to describe the content.
One important feature is the ability to set non availability of a talent. Let’s consider that this talent will not be available for 2 weeks. Our Production planner will see this information directly on the schedule.
On the “Not Available” section, click on the Green Plus Icon. Enter start and end date and close the window. You might enter a type such as day off, sick day etc.
This unavailabilty is shown as a grey bar in the schedule.
