Welcome to the Teamium production work space.
Let’s go to the Resources space, where you will find the Program or Venue or Campaign space. We are using these 3 terms interchangeably for the production environment.
Click onto the green Plus icon to create a new record.
Enter the name of the program, you can assign some channels, also pick up a color which will be used for all booking related to this program.
You will notice that you can add a picture to identify your program at a glance.
This module is used for 2 purposes
1 - you want to create a budget estimate. So, you enter the number of episodes, number of session, then you build your production with your catalog. That’s exactly the way you will do for a project or a quotation. You might have seen this tutorial earlier.
Let’s say you have 6 episodes and 1 season. For tyhis you need 1 studio, 3 cameras and3 cameramen.
You have now created your overall budget. You can send it for approval
Once your Budget is approved, youcan, with a simple click, create one or the six projects. Now, you will only need to determine the date to enter the schedule.
Note that you can add or change any booking item on each project. Let’s say you have a special Guest that requires a a duplex [an apartment?], or an extra equipment, just select and click the item to add to this particular project.
The second purpose is to monitor all project attached to this program. Let’s go back to the program module. You can browse to get all relevant details. For financial report, you have access to a real-time dashboard which gives you Actual vs. the Budget. Now you can see all the financials detail of the program.
This marks the completion of this module. Please save all your data and settings prior to exiting.
