Make sure you have reviewed the tutorial: “Create a Project” prior to starting this section. Please note that since you are working on a web application, do not forget to save the form frequently and before each main step on the screen
Let’s select your Studio with 2 cameras project that you have built earlier.
Click on the “Search tool”, enter the project title and execute the query by clicking a second time on the query tool.
We consider that this project is validated, so just click on the “Production” button to do it.
You will notice that a planning icon appears on each line item. You can click one by one or just select the one on the top to create all bookings.
We now have all planning icons in yellow, which means that you have created a booking, youshould now assign it. An Assigned booking will be seen in green.
Just click on the planning icon from the studio line. You will landdirectly onto the timeline schedule of the studio. Your project appears on the first row; the “Booking row” . You simply drag and drop onto the desired studio.
Let’s go back to your project and schedule the camera now.
You will notice that you have 2 bookings, with a warning sign for the overbooking. Let’s drag the first camera. Now do the same action for the 2nd camera.
While you are there, let’s have a look on the schedule main features. You can select the scale and choose multiple display options. An interesting one is the ability to allow to trim a booking by overwriting the initial time.
You can cut and paste a booking. Don’t forget to unselect the check box when you are done!
You can have an entire view of your production. You can enter your project name on the 4th tab.
You can now see your project in an agenda layout.
You can choose to print or export as PDF any schedule view.
